- While most of us work remotely, we also have a great office at Skyliner in Warsaw
At XTB you would work with one of the following domains:
- Technology: Focused on specific technologies to prioritize performance, stability, and scalability
- HFT (High-Frequency Trading): Efficiently processing large volumes of financial data
- Business: Multidisciplinary teams developing end-to-end solutions from backend to frontend
- Integration: Creating middleware for web and mobile applications
As we currently have numerous ongoing projects, we are seeking experts in the following technologies:
- Spring
- Micronaut
- Kafka
- REST
- gRPC
- Apache Pulsar
- JUnit/Spock
- RxJava
- Hibernate
- Esper
- Docker
- Rancher
As Senior Java Developers, you should:
- Demonstrate extensive experience and proficiency in one or more of the mentioned technologies to tackle advanced challenges.
- Be capable of designing new solutions independently or in collaboration with the architectural team.
- Exhibit proficiency in producing high-quality code and using suitable techniques and tools for testing, development, and maintenance.
- Be willing to collaborate with other teams to create optimal solution architectures.
- Participate in constructive code reviews with your peers.
- Provide support to the Product Owner and other team members within the SCRUM framework.
- Communicate fluently in Polish
